The EI Essex and East Anglia Branch welcomes your interest in our activities.

The Branch meets five or six times annually, during the period October to March, when a variety of interesting and informative talks are arranged. The range of subjects covered is very wide, reflecting the multi-disciplinary nature of the energy industry, and of its contractors and service providers. One evening is designated Members' Guest Evening, when the topic chosen is divorced from the serious business of industry, and given to a lighter subject of interest to both members, partners and colleagues. Our session ends with an always successful Dinner and Dance.

Meetings are held at the Pegasus Club which is situated at the end of Herd Lane in Corringham, near Stanford-le-Hope, Essex SS17 9BJ and provides us with excellent facilities. The usual start is at 6.30 p.m., with tea and biscuits available from 6.15 p.m. At the conclusion of these meetings cheese and wine is provided, which adds to the sociability of the evening. On Members' Guest Evening the start is at 7.30 p.m., concluding with a light buffet supper. There is ample parking at the Pegasus Club; in the car park or on the hard standing area immediately outside. Please note that all visitors are most welcome to our meetings and the club bar is open after each meeting.
